From the June 27, 2017 Council Minutes, "Committee Chairman Jenkins reported the following Parks and Recreation News: The new restroom at Big Gem Park is open for use! The restroom will be closed during the winter, but open to the public the rest of the year."
The new restroom is located next to the picnic shelter.
